One of Egypt's most important industries.

Textiles and apparel are a cornerstone of the Egyptian economy — spanning 32 public and more than 2,500 private enterprises, with output estimated at US$12 billion and around US$8 billion invested in the sector.

Few countries can match Egypt's fully vertically integrated industry — able to take a product from fibre to finished goods, at scale, with speed and efficiency.
